Our coffee beans are cooked in a refractory brick oven, a true artisan coffee. During cooking it loses 22% of its weight, burning all the acidity contained within it and making the product

very low in acidity.

Our Arabicas and our Robustas

They are sieved 17/18, only top quality products without leaves, wood, defective grains

or other impurities. Our pods are kept inside with quarry CO2,

a natural gas that breaks down the oxygen contained inside the single-serving product

in order to block its maturation

and make the extraction excellent.

This product and its capsule version are made in collaboration with the famous Caffè Poli, a coffee roaster in business since 1962.

Its blend is 30% robusta and 70% arabica, both with a 17/18 sieve, to obtain a top quality blend without leaves, wood, defective beans or other impurities.

As with any self-respecting artisan production, the coffee beans of our blend are selected and cooked in a refractory brick oven. During cooking, they lose 22% of their weight to burn all the acidity contained, finally they are ground and combined with hemp flour (8%) to make the blend tasty, soft and pleasant.
